Doobie Brothers Sing PJ’s Song
MyCentralJersey.com reports:
PJ Heinz described the first few times he went up on stage to join The Doobie Brothers in an encore as “nerve-racking.”But the last couple times, he said, felt more like “a comfortable-fitting shoe.”
A harmonious relationship has developed between the 38-year-old musician from South Brunswick and the iconic American rock band that has sold more than 30 million albums in the U.S. since the 1970s.
The 15–year relationship reached a whole new level last year when music that Heinz wrote became the basis for The Doobie Brothers’ hit “Far From Home” currently climbing the charts on their new album “World Gone Crazy.”
