Regarding Tom – San Jose – great lyrics. To a certain degree we all “Cheat the Hangman” everyday. Also want to take this opportunity to wish Tommy a Belated Bday (8/15) and wishing you many more years of health, love, happiness and years of jammin for us fans that can’t get enough. Lots of Love from Brooklyn NY – Angela “RoadAngel” xoxox

We didn’t know it was your birthday yesterday, Tom! What an awesome show ya’ll put on at Rockin’ the Rivers! Thank you, thank you, thank you. You made my summer and proved that the Doobie Bros still own the house!

Happy Belated Birthday to my musical hero — Tom Johnston. Also we are from the same hometown, so I have a soft spot for him

Happy belated birthday to Tom Johnston. The Doobs deserve to be in the rock hall of fame! My wife and I are seeing them in Visalia on Sept 2. Should be an AWESOME show!

The Doobs have been part of the soundtrack of my life since I was 14 years old. Thanks for bring so much character and substance to the thrill of listening to rock and roll. Your music is timeless and also ageless. “Nobody” is a new classic and I can’t wait to hear the rest of the new record.
