I was totally unaware of your illness and was a tad bit upset when you were not on stage with the band in Atlanta, GA July 12th. I was so pumped to actually watch you in a live setting, but I guess I will have to enjoy the DVD from a few years back! Being a brother bassist, I know the comfort one gets from just sitting and playing, but also enjoy the band gig. I will always cherish the time you spent with me at ” The Hard Rock ‘ in disney a few years back. Me and my buddy were throwing down shots a few shots tequila before the show when you walked in. skylark my entire family sends their best wishes for a speedy and complete recovery..don’t know if you remember but both my sons had the pleasure of hanging out with you and the boys when you did the today show in rockerfeller centre a few years back and then you where kind enough to give us vip passes when you did westbury the following august so their father (me) got to meet the guys in my favorite band. The last time I seen you playing live was in Vicar Street in Dublin a few years ago.
I thought you were outstanding and a true inspiration to all bass players.

I just learned of your medical problem. You are NOW in my prayers; I wish I had known sooner. I saw your fellow musicians at Sunset Station (near Las Vegas) in June and missed seeing you.
